No Place Like Home

Health and Social care organisation ‘working to become dementia friendly’

No Place Like Home is a small, privately owned service, providing exceptional quality companionship and care to senior residents in Canterbury and Swale areas of Kent. Our vision is a world where later life is lived to its full potential and our mission is to help people make the most of later life.

We specialise in supporting individuals affected by dementia and work closely with other providers from both NHS and caring organisations as appropriate.
The role of our Personal Assistants is to support our clients in whatever way they would like to maintain their independence and quality of life. We are able to help people at home or going out-and-about as required. We are delighted to have been awarded an Overall Outstanding rating for our service from CQC at our latest inspection.
No Place Like Home’s Managing Director is Founder of Dementia Action Alliance Faversham; Co-Chair of Dementia Action Alliance Canterbury & Ashford; National Media Champion and Community Speaker for Alzheimer’s Research UK and an Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Friends Champion.

Please visit our website for more information regarding our services and also our FREE Dementia Workshop for Family Carers. Telephone: 01795 597983.Canterbury, Swale  http://www.noplacelikehome.eu
