Kent’s Best Organisational Initiative Award

A change within an organisation made in order to benefit those living with dementia, their family and/or carers.  Any organisation private, voluntary or public sector of any size can apply for this award

There are many types of business or organisation, each and every one of them can make changes to benefit people living with dementia, whether it affects someone with a diagnosis, a family member or a carer.

This award was designed to look at some of the changes our local businesses and organisations across Kent have made which can benefit their users, customers or staff.

Whether the business or organisation is Huge or Tiny, it doesn’t matter its the heart and the commitment which counts here, any step in the right direction is a step worth taking.

Kent’s Dementia Friendly Awards have been sponsored by businesses across Kent who are members of our Local Dementia Action Alliances and Dementia Friendly Communities
